In the role of Senior Digital Strategy Manager, you will lead the strategy for one of our flagship clients, setting ambitious goals and defining strategic paths for the brands you manage. This pivotal position involves holding and nurturing senior-level client relationships and steering the business forward with proactive, high-level thinking.

Responsibilities
- Chart and lead the strategic course for flagship clients, focusing on maximizing the performance and growth of their digital and e-commerce channels.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce and digital marketing channels to evaluate and enhance customer engagement and business revenue.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to develop and track custom events, providing deep insights into customer behaviors and journey effectiveness.
- Lead the strategic planning and management of e-commerce channels, including digital curriculum and physical products, to maximize revenue growth.
- Analyze sales performance and customer experience metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Coach and collaborate with a diverse team of product owners, designers, and engineers, ensuring seamless integration of strategies across departments.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders regularly to influence digital tactics and improve overall business performance.
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for digital initiatives, prioritizing projects based on expected returns and aligning with overall business goals.
- Partner with senior executives to align digital and e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives, actively participating in strategic planning sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce and customer experience to inform and refine strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
- 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce management, or a related field, supported by a portfolio of successful digital transformations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing e-commerce platforms and driving digital product strategies within a complex business environment.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, with a solid track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex concepts to a varied audience.
- In-depth understanding of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, with a track record of implementing strategies that yield measurable business growth.
Black Airplane is a fully remote friendly environment. Work location is flexible if approved by Black Airplane, except that the position may not be performed remotely from AK, CA, HI, MA, NY, OR, PA, WA, or outside of the United States.
